The website was developed for teachers who would submit their demographic details & reply to an online questionnaire and the result is calculated by an algorithm and displayed as a  "teaching method matrix" developed in Java.

The client's credit card information is captured in an secure area. The administrator receives an email about any order placed at his store. The administrator logs into the secure area to download & use the credit card information. 

Since real time processing of credit cards is an expensive option, we have developed this application for web sites with lesser volume of transactions. 

Online shopping carts  

BASIC CART

We use a third party shopping cart application, example - paypal.com. Buyers on your website will click on the 'Add to Cart' buttons next to each item they wish to purchase. 

The 'Add to Cart' buttons will launch a mini-browser (pop-up window) hosted by PayPal. This page will display the contents of their shopping cart including: each items name, number, quantity and price. It will also include the shipping, handling and total.  The buyers can change the quantity of an item, delete an item from the cart, continue shopping, or check out.

When your buyer completes payment the funds are credited to the administrator's account and an email notification sent. The buyer will receive an email receipt as well. 

Easiest option, SSL not required. Can be used with simple HTML

STANDARD CART

The buyer enters the system and gets the information like contact, further information, catalogue and terms & conditions pages. The buyer can search catalogue using keywords or category. 

The buyer an choose goods from displayed selection (system displays local language/currency and running total while shopping) which is managed by the administrator. 

The order is confirmed and payment for goods is made.  The system then depletes the stock. Both the buyer and the administrator get confirmation regarding the order. 

The administrator and buyer can check the status of the order & delivery.
